Mr. Weathersby’s seminar will focus on tested estate planning techniques to preserve principal, reduce taxes, and maximize control.

During this session, we will cover current AICPA and NACVA professional standards for CPAs and CVAs to follow in their business valuation engagements. We will also cover standards of value, valuation approaches and methods, IRS considerations, forensic tools to use when obtaining and analyzing information presented by the small business, and the different types of valuation engagements.
